Service Description
1 pax = 1 racing station. Each booking is sold by session. Gameplay time is guaranteed for a minimum of 45 minutes per session. Multiple groups may book into the same session, subject to availability. Session extensions are available in-store only and subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy
COVE CIRCUIT BOOKING POLICY By making a booking with Cove Circuit, you agree to the following: 1. Booking Confirmation Your booking is confirmed once it is successfully made through our system and any required payment is completed. 2. Booking Changes You may reschedule your booking online up to 1 hour before the session start time, subject to availability. 3. Cancellation You may cancel your booking online up to 12 hours before the session start time. 4. Cancellation and No-Show Fee If you cancel less than 12 hours before your session, or do not show up for your booking, a 50% fee of the session price will apply. 5. Early Booking Window Bookings can be made up to 1 week in advance. 6. Follow Venue Rules All customers and guests must follow Cove Circuit’s house rules, safety rules, and staff instructions at all times. 7. Right to Refuse, Cancel, or End a Booking Cove Circuit reserves the right to refuse, suspend, cancel, or end any booking or session, with or without refund, if a customer or guest does not follow our rules, staff instructions, payment requirements, or acceptable behaviour standards. This includes cases where a customer or guest behaves in a disruptive, abusive, unsafe, or inappropriate manner, provides false booking information, or risks damage to equipment, staff, operations, or other customers. In such cases, Cove Circuit may refuse entry, stop the session, ask the person or group to leave, and refuse future bookings. 8. Damage and Liability Customers may be held responsible for any damage, loss, or extra costs caused by them or their guests. 9. Technical or Operational Issues If a booking is affected by technical, safety, or operational issues, Cove Circuit may reschedule, adjust, or cancel the session. Where appropriate, a replacement session, credit, or refund may be offered at Cove Circuit’s discretion. 10. Acceptance By making or attending a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
